~About Me~

*I am a self taught artist, and I have always had a love for dolls. My doll making journey started when I was in my mid to late twenties. I received a sewing machine as a gift for christmas and the first thing I did was run out and bought a cloth doll pattern. Then one day I came acrossed Gail Wilsons Primitive molded doll kit at a Quilt shop and I could not wait to get home and make her. That was twenty years ago, and that little kit doll started me on a journey creating one of a kind, hand molded dolls from cloth and paper mache or paper clay. I am having the time of my life creating these little ladies, God Bless,Julie
